and sofas. This comprehensive warranty policy outlines the protections we offer for your purchase,
ensuring years of comfortable sleep and relaxation.
1. Warranty Coverage
HappyLife offers a limited warranty on all mattresses and sofas purchased directly from us or authorized
retailers.
Mattress Warranty
- 7-Year Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- 10-Year Extended Warranty: For premium collections (check product details)
- Sagging Protection: Covers impressions greater than 1.5 inches with proper
foundation use
- Foam Integrity: Protection against premature foam breakdown
- Stitching & Seams: Coverage for unraveling seams under normal use
Sofa Warranty
- 5-Year Frame Warranty: Cracks or breaks in wooden frames
- 3-Year Mechanism Warranty: For recliners and sleeper sofas
- 2-Year Fabric Warranty: Against manufacturing defects
- 1-Year Cushion Warranty: For abnormal compression
2. Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
Non-Covered Items
- Normal Wear & Tear: Gradual softening of materials expected over time
- Improper Use: Damage from improper foundation or excessive weight
- Accidental Damage: Stains, burns, cuts, or liquid damage
- Improper Cleaning: Damage from non-recommended cleaning methods
- Transportation Damage: Issues occurring during customer moving
Additional Exclusions
- Changes in comfort preference
- Minor imperfections that don't affect performance
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Commercial or rental property use
3. Warranty Claim Process
Follow these steps to file a warranty claim:

- Contact HappyLife Customer Care within 30 days of noticing the issue
- Provide proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice)
- Submit clear photos/videos of the defect as requested
- Our team will evaluate and may arrange an inspection
- If approved, we'll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate
Important Notes
- Original purchaser must make the claim
- Transportation costs for inspection/replacement may apply
- Replaced products inherit the remaining original warranty
- Refunds are prorated based on years of use
4. Warranty Transferability
HappyLife warranties are transferable under these conditions:
- Transfer must be requested within 30 days of ownership change
- New owner must provide original proof of purchase
- Transfer fee of ₹500 applies for processing
- Warranty duration remains based on original purchase date
5. Care & Maintenance Requirements
To keep your warranty valid, follow these care instructions:
Mattress Care
- Use with proper foundation (as specified for your model)
- Rotate mattress every 3-6 months (unless one-sided design)
- Use mattress protector to guard against stains
- Keep dry and avoid direct sunlight exposure
Sofa Care
- Follow weight limits (no standing/jumping)
- Use recommended cleaning methods for fabric/leather
- Avoid sharp objects near upholstery
- Operate mechanisms as instructed in manual
6. HappyLife Sleep Trial (Guarantee)
- Quality Checked: All mattresses are inspected before dispatch
- No Trial Period: Choose your mattress carefully before purchase
- Exchange Only for Damage: Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Hygiene Policy: Used products cannot be returned or exchanged
